Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the package delivery date, and returns must be received within 30 days of the original package delivery date. To return an item and/or request a refund, contact us at 828-274-2831 or at email@example.com with the following information: purchaser’s name, purchase date, item(s) purchased, shipping address, and return reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are no returns or refunds on gift cards.
Special and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of order delivery so we can file a damage claim. Follow the steps below:
Document the damage with digital photos in 3 stages: 1) Before opening the box if the outside of your package looks damaged; 2) After you’ve opened the box and notice product damage inside the box; 3) After you remove the item from its packaging.
Email photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please retain the box and packaging materials your item arrived in for the damage claim process.
We will assess the damage and work with you to rectify and resolve the issue, be it through repair, replacement, store credit or refund.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
If approved, refunds of special and custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. If you haven’t yet received a refund, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 7 Boston Way, Asheville, NC, 28803, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
