Phone & Email Orders
We are happy to work with you by phone or email if you cant make it to the store in person. We can send you photos of items we have in stock or work with you to submit a special order – it’s easy, just get in touch!
Custom Orders
Dreaming of a bar stool with your doggie’s face on it? Maybe you’re looking for pottery that matches a family heirloom? We work with hundreds of artists, many of whom can modify their work to suit your needs. Contact us with your vision — pictures help! — and we will work with you in person, by phone, or email, to make that vision a reality.
Shipping & Delivery
Tight suitcase? We have a great shipping department that can pack, ship, and insure your treasures all across the US. For larger pieces, we work with a home delivery service to secure safe transport and arrival. Get in touch or stop by for details and pricing information.
Special Services
If you are looking for an interior designer, art installer, or other special service – just ask! Our staff is skilled and experienced, and we can often offer the help you need. And if not, we know many others in town who could! Nothing can replace old-fashioned local knowledge.
Visit Us!
New Morning Gallery is located in the historic Biltmore Village, the shopping area outside the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. Allow about an hour for your visit – at almost 13,000 square feet, our gallery takes time to walk through and you are sure to fall in love with something. Visit us during these hours:
January – May
Monday – Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: Noon – 5pm
June – December
Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
Friday – Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday: Noon – 5:00pm
You can find us at 7 Boston Way in Asheville, NC. Our front door is about halfway down the block. We have a parking garage (entrance on Boston Way), and there is street parking available for free throughout the village. Call us at 828-274-2831 if you have any trouble finding us!
